Andrew was great! I have 4 dogs and they are dogs, jumping on visitors and non stop barking. This is a fantastic company. Culligan denied me and treated me like a second class citizen. I called this company because their website indicated that they offered gallons of water at a cheaper rate than Culligan.Not only did they hook me up with... water service, they approved me for a water cooler(which Culligan would not do) AND I saved $2.00 per month on the cooler and $1.00 per bottle than what Culligan would have tried getting from me.From the moment I called Besco, I felt welcome and wanted. The only downside is that the guy had to run a credit check, and he never called back to provide my status. I had to call back and get it. Our particular well water is very challenging to say the least, but Gerrit has worked diligently with us to achieve clear water. He... has responded almost immediately to all of our inquiries along the way, and he does not hesitate to do what it takes to solve problems. He's calm and articulate as he problem solves.
