Thank you for choosing Besco Water Treatment. We strive to provide excellent service to all our customers. This policy outlines our delivery and returns procedures to ensure a smooth experience.

Delivery Areas

We deliver water and other products within a 50-mile radius of each of our locations:

  • 20400 Capital Ave., N.E., Battle Creek, MI 49017
  • 920 Territorial Rd W., Battle Creek, MI 49015
  • 3932 N. Greenbrooke Dr. SE, Kentwood, MI 49512
  • 578 N. Cedar Street, Mason, MI 48854

Note: We do not offer shipping services.

Delivery Costs

A flat rate of $3.50 is applied to each delivery order at checkout.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. You can select your preferred delivery time within these hours.

Issues with Deliveries

If your order is damaged or doesn’t arrive as expected, please contact our customer service team at your nearest location immediately. We’ll work promptly to resolve any issues.

Returns Policy

We only accept returns for defective items. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty product:

  1. We will refund the delivery costs.
  2. Photographic evidence is required to support claims.
  3. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement.
  4. If you receive an incorrect item, we will send the correct product and refund your return postage upon receiving the returned item.
