Meet the Team

Besco has more than 50 people working on the team, serving residential and commercial customers and working in the bottling plant. Several of our employees have been here for 10 years, 20 years, or more. We all have the same mission of helping customers and providing quality service.

Ken Morgan

Ken is the general manager of Besco Water Treatment, Inc. and is a 30+ year veteran of the company. He engineers commercial, industrial and high-purity water systems.

Brian Noble

Brian is the commercial operations manager and has been with Besco for over 20 years. He has worked in all aspects of the operation and engineers commercial, industrial, and high-purity water systems.

Kathy Morgan

Kathy is the office manager at the Battle Creek headquarters and has been a staff member at Besco for over 30 years. She helps customers with billing and walk-in orders.

Stu Lewis

Stu manages Besco’s Mason/Lansing office. He has been a staff member for over 20 years and designs commercial, industrial, and high-purity water systems.

Will Bolt

Will, a service manager, has been an employee at Besco for 20+ years and is the best service tech in the industry.

Kevin Noble

Kevin is the DI Operations Manager and has been with Besco for over 5 years.

I have used Besco for years and always have had a great experience with them, they are kind, courteous and helpful.Their price is unbeatable. I had another service for a bit and when I moved to another house, even though the water was completely... different, they told me I needed the same that I had at the house I was moving from. It made no sense so to me they were not trust worthy, and unfortunately they are a Company Pat, their name is usually who people think up first when it comes to water softener I was Super happy that a family member suggested Besco.I would suggest anybody that’s looking for water softener Service to definitely check in with Besco before they settle on other others!read more

This is a fantastic company. Culligan denied me and treated me like a second class citizen. I called this company because their website indicated that they offered gallons of water at a cheaper rate than Culligan.Not only did they hook me up with... water service, they approved me for a water cooler(which Culligan would not do) AND I saved $2.00 per month on the cooler and $1.00 per bottle than what Culligan would have tried getting from me.From the moment I called Besco, I felt welcome and wanted. The only downside is that the guy had to run a credit check, and he never called back to provide my status. I had to call back and get it. Not too big of an issue, but I give honest reviews so I felt it needed to be mentioned.read more
