Had Besco come out to set up a water softener system for my house in Cedar Springs, from start to finish everyone from the office staff to the plumber that did the installation was professional and friendly. Their plumber that did the installation did a... very good job taking his time to ensure everything was done right and done well. He made sure to answer all of my questions and explained how the system should work and that moving forward if I had any other questions or concerns to reach out and they would be happy to assist. This is a fantastic company. Culligan denied me and treated me like a second class citizen. I called this company because their website indicated that they offered gallons of water at a cheaper rate than Culligan.Not only did they hook me up with... water service, they approved me for a water cooler(which Culligan would not do) AND I saved $2.00 per month on the cooler and $1.00 per bottle than what Culligan would have tried getting from me.From the moment I called Besco, I felt welcome and wanted. The only downside is that the guy had to run a credit check, and he never called back to provide my status. I had to call back and get it. Our particular well water is very challenging to say the least, but Gerrit has worked diligently with us to achieve clear water. He... has responded almost immediately to all of our inquiries along the way, and he does not hesitate to do what it takes to solve problems. He's calm and articulate as he problem solves. I don't know what your experience has been getting contractors to work with you quickly and effectively over the past few years, but I've found it difficult to get them to return calls and schedule service in a timely manner. I had a wonderful experience with Besco Warer Treatment. I'm a seasonal resident and didn't know there were steps to take before closing up after the summer. As a result, I had horribly hard water on my return visit, my silver hair was stained yellow,... and some of my water lines were clogged with sediment. Mike, one of their technicians, went above and beyond to help me! He advised me on how to try and salvage my softener (that's not even their brand), and Besco tested my water every five or six days to see if the hardness was changing. They could have sold me an iron filter (what I thought I needed), or told me my resin tank was shot, but they didn't. All told, it cost me $88 to get back up and running. I wasn't exactly a cash cow customer! I highly recommend this ethical company.read more
